A few years ago, Team Taro embarked on collecting information on all possible challenges faced by our customers. We then set about creating a system to address the same. The result of this analysis was the 5 Ticks Guarantee Program introduced in the year 2019.
What is the Five Ticks Guarantee?
Taro supports customers in 5 different ways:

Incidentally, in the early 2000s, we were pioneers in standing by our pumps with a 2-year warranty.
15-year spare parts supply guarantee
With this component of the 5 Ticks Guarantee program, Taro promises this:
“Spares parts required for servicing will be provided for up to 15 years from the date of purchase of the product. Furthermore, in case of any design change of existing component, modified or upgraded version, equivalent spares will also be provided for a period of 15 years from date of purchase.”
Are we then limiting this promise in any way? Small print? Verbose terms & conditions?
No, we are not! Here is some more information by way of answers to the above questions:
✓ Every component used for building the product is offered as spare parts
✓ Regular, wearable parts can be picked up at authorised service centres and dealers
✓ Major components such as stator & rotor will be supplied on demand
Typically, pump manufacturers and/or sellers limit themselves to 5 years for such a guarantee. But, Taro has increased this three-fold.
Why 15 years?
Taro could have stuck to the industry norm of 5 years but we knew we could up the game to 15 years simply because:
