Customers Meets: Lucknow, Nagpur, and Raipur Sales Offices

A legacy of putting customers first. We demonstrate this commitment in our meets too.

Sadarpur, Baraswada, and Pauwara were the venues of customer meets organised by Daya Engineering Works, Shri Mahalaxmi Winding Wires & Machinery Stores, and Greenfield, few of our Taro Pumps dealers. The meets brought together sixty-one customers in all and the teams at Lucknow, Nagpur, and Raipur Sales Offices also helped make the events a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors who get a broad range of products including sewage pumps, to deliver to their customers. The participants interacted with the team and found out more about the Taro Pumps accessories, company history, new products including, industrial motors, submersible water pumps, and ECN changes. The team also highlighted the service facilities, pump safety, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support such as the 15-year availability of spares find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too.

Bablu spoke about a customer whose Taro pumpset has been running for a long time, and continuing to perform really well even under low-ampere condition.
