Edachithur was the venue of a customer meet organised by Sri Ramachandra Hardwares and Electricals, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together forty-two customers and the team at Chennai Sales Office also helped make the event a grand success. For one hour, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the dealer, company history, fast moving products including submersible water pumps, and unique programmes such as the Taro Five Ticks. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support such as the 15-year availability of spares find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too. Special thank you to Venkatesan, who has been using two Taro pumps for six years now, and was especially appreciative of the trouble-free operations of the pumps, and the availability of the 2-year warranty.
