Kalikiri was the venue of a customer meet organised by Sri Om Sai Electricals & Hardwares, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together twenty-one customers and the team at Chittoor Sales Office also helped make the event a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors. For one hour, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the TCT programme, company history, products including submersible water pumps, and 5 Ticks. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support such as the 15-year availability of spares find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too. Special thanks to Srinivasallu Reddy who shared his views with us. He has been using three Taro pumpsets for ten years, and was especially appreciative of their ability to perform even under low voltage conditions.
