Customers Meet, Ramesh & Company, Jabalpur

Meeting customers is one of the most motivational activities for the team working tirelessly for Taro Pumps.

Our dealer, Ramesh & Company, organised a customers meet at Rewa and our Jabalpur Sales Office provided fabulous support for the same. We were delighted to meet twenty-eight of our valuable customers for a meet that lasted three hours.

Among other things, we were able to give the participants information on the spares availability, product range, 5 Ticks, and Taro Hub system. No wonder we get fabulous customer ratings! that includes feedback on how easy it is carry out pump repair (as rarely as it may occur!). Pradeep Kumar Pandey; one of the participants; told us he was delighted with his two Taro Pumps that he has been using for six years. Looking forward to conducting more such meetings in the future!
