One of our pump dealers, Porwal Commercial House, organised a customers meet at Pratapgarh and our Udaipur Sales Office provided really strong support for the same. We were super-happy to meet twenty-five of our valuable customers in a meet that lasted two-and-a-half hours.

Among other things, we were able to give the participants useful information on various pump solutions, the company history, the dealer, 5 Ticks, and product range that includes highly dependable water pumps, and agriculture pumps. We would like to believe that our meets and the information we exchange earns us high customer ratings because one of the participants, Jivan Singh, appreciated the performance & quality of his Taro pumpset that he has been using for the past ten years. The team is already looking forward to conducting more such customer meets!
