Customers Meet: Mohan Electricals & Hardwares, Chittoor

Meeting customers face-to-face is one of the best ways to sustain a relationship! And we do this by meeting them all over the country.

Moravapalli was the venue of a customer meet organised by Mohan Electricals & Hardwares, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together sixteen customers and the team at Chittoor Sales Office who also helped make the event a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors. For an hour-and-a-half, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the TCT programme, company history, products including submersible water pumps, and 5 Ticks. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support such as the 15-year availability of spares, and pump safety features find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too.
