Meeting customers is one of the most motivational activities for the team working tirelessly for Taro Pumps.

Our dealer, Durga Agencies, organised a customers meet at Devanguda and our Hyderabad Sales Office provided fabulous support for the same. We were delighted to meet fifty of our valuable customers for a meet that lasted one-and-a-half hours.

Among other things, we were able to give the participants information on the spares availability, importance of pump suction lift, product range, 5 Ticks, and Taro Hub system. No wonder we get fabulous customer ratings! that includes feedback on how easy it is carry out pump repair (as rarely as it may occur!).

Subash, and R. Narasaiah, two of the participants; told us they were delighted with the information given during the meet. Narasaiah has been using Taro Pumps for twenty-two years and said he has had no service problems at all! Looking forward to conducting more such meetings in the future!
