Swiss Exchange at Texmo Academy

In August 2019, an intern team of 5 young Swiss people embarked on a cultural and technical exchange programme with the batch of MSPT learners at Coimbatore. The result was a unique exchange of learning on both ends and countries.

Through video conferencing, it was not just inhibitions that melted. Hearts did too. Over the next two months, students of the Multi-Skilled Production Technicians (MSPT) learned new skills to employ at the workplace. When the teams met, it was camaraderie all the way. And the learning went far beyond the classroom.

The partnership between SwissMem, SkillSonics and Texmo is one where interns from Switzerland will build the system architecture for an automation project with Texmo and the students from Texmo Academy will build and install the project.
