Primarily because it gives us the opportunity to interact with customers and provide the best possible solutions to any issues they may have with their pumps. This time around, our Madurai Sales Office helped conduct a service camp in Dhalavaipuram for our dealer, Ranjithkumar Pumps and Pipes.

The camp spanned two days and fourteen sets were provided with top-notch service. Customers were also given a deeper insight into the company’s history, product range, and maintenance tips. It was heartening to note the positive feedback we received from mechanics, and customers. In fact, we even had fifteen of our customers drop in without any service requirements! Dare we say that few of them were actually our competitor’s customers who had dropped in to find out about our products!
