We believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, our dealers, A R Traders, and Anbu Trade Corporations conducted mechanics meets in Karungal, and Ponnamaravathi.

Our Madurai Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together a total of eleven participants. All the mechanics came to know more about the company, the Taro Pumps brand, and product range that has water pumps, and agricultural pumps too. New products, TCT programme, digital hub, website, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, is another interesting feature of the Taro Pumps brand which is known for its pump motors. Parathaman, Aravind, and Ramasamy, few of the participants, spoke highly about the uniqueness of our TCT programme, dealer support, and toll-free number too.
