This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Yogeswar Traders, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Junagarh.

Our Bhubaneswar Sales Office provided support for the meet which brought together 29 participants for a mammoth meet that lasted around two and a half hours. The mechanics came to know more about the company, the brand, TCT programmes, product range, 5 Ticks, and selection process of pumps. We were delighted to know that the mechanics want more such meets in the future as well!
