This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Umayal Traders, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Kumbakonam.

Our Trichy Sales Office provided support for the meet which brought together 110 participants for a mammoth meet that lasted around 3 hours.

The meet was extra-relevant because it was occurring after a gap of 3 years! Among other things, the mechanics were given more information on ECN changes, new products, Taro accessories, and company history as well.
