This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Sultan Seeds, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Baikunthpur.

Our Raipur Sales Office provided support for the meet which brought together 62 participants for a mammoth meet that lasted around three hours. The mechanics came to know more about the dealer, product range, voltage bands for operation, 5 Ticks, and TCT programme as well. Two of the participants, Sonu Rajwade, and Rajkumar spoke about Taro pumps performing better than competitors’ in terms of discharge, and longevity.
