Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service and that’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them through mechanic meets.

These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, Siva Priya Agro Agencies, with the support of our Hyderabad Sales Office.

Eight mechanics gathered in Rewa for a session that lasted for a little over an hour. During this mini-meet, the mechanics got to know more about the dealer, new products, and unique offerings such as the 5 Ticks programme. S.Saidulu, one of the participants has 18 years of work experience and he had hugely positive things to say about the quality, spares availability, and discharge of Taro Pumps. He also said that the service centre at Khammam was useful to farmers.
