Mechanics Meet, Saraswati Machinery Store, Pune Branch

And this aim is achieved when the entire company works together. This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Saraswati Machinery Store, one of our dealers conducted a mega mechanic meet in Nilanga.

Our Pune branch provided support for the meet which brought together 59 participants for a session that lasted a little over two hours.

Among other things, the mechanics were given more information on Taro product range, processes, availability of spare parts, the TCT program, 5 Ticks, and Taro Hub as well.
