This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, NMV Engineering Works, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Hoskote.

Our Bangalore Sales Office provided support for the meet which brought together five participants for a mini-meet that lasted around one hour. Among other things, the mechanics were given more information on 5 Ticks, product range, ECN changes, accessories, service pain points, and TCT program as well.
