Dealer Feedback on Dealer Training Chennai
Texmo Industries and its brand, Taro Pumps enjoys solid market presence and reputation due to many reasons.
And one of the main reason is our dealer network. Our company invests time and energy into meeting with dealers and providing them updated information on our vision, strategy, new products etc.
Very recently, our company finished the rollout of a performance management mission that will help the dealers ramp up their skills in customer service. The rollout is taking place all over India, and Chennai was one of the locations which saw a large number of dealers come together for a wonderful session.
After this session, Mr Krishna Kumar of Chitra Traders, gave us a lot of appreciation. His positive feedback encompassed the company’s protective attitude towards dealers, the work put in by the zonal manager, and the diligent approach we have to customer service. Mr Krishna Kumar also said, “The concept of dealer training has helped us realise the importance of our duties and commitments to serve customers in a friendly manner.” He also went on to say that the journey should continue with innovative ideas.
