Customers Meet, Sri Shanmuga Hardwares & Electricals, Trichy Branch

The Trichy Branch of Taro Pumps organised a customer meet under the aegis of our dealer, Sri Shanmuga Hardwares & Electricals.

It was a wonderful experience to interact with 45 customers in Sendarapatti for a little under an hour.

Amongst other things, the session saw the team imparting information on the benefits of the 5 Ticks program, product range, & maintenance tips. One of the reasons why we look forward to such meets is the face-time we get with our valuable customers.

The Sendarapatti meet gave us the opportunity to receive hugely encouraging feedback from our customers.
