Taro Pumps loves to listen to customers and solve any issues they may have. Yes, we have a dedicated customer service team but we also make it a point to go to our customers every now and then.

Thus, when our Taro dealer, Sri Ramachandra Hardwares & Electricals, organised a customers meet in Kottadi Kallakurichi, our Chennai Sales Office team was there as well.

We got the opportunity to interact with 32 customers. Information about our brand, dealer, product range, 5 Ticks, subsidy scheme, and maintenance tips was given to the participants. It was highly motivating to get positive feedback from our customers and special thanks to our customer, Mr Kamaraj, who made special mention about the voltage band in which his pump runs.
