Customers Meet, S.K.Govindasamy & Co, Coimbatore Branch

Thirty five of our valued customers gathered at Kanukanukuppam for a meet organised by our dealer, Rajendira Electricals & Hardware.

The Chennai branch of Taro Pumps helped in the event as well. Our customers were given an introduction to the new dealer, useful information on the brand, product range and features, maintenance tips and subsidy scheme too.

Participants were also made familiar with the 5 Ticks program which delivers a great customer support experience as well.

It was even more encouraging to note that customers used the session to clarify their questions on pump maintenance. We are sure that the session resulted in a better relationship between the dealer and our customers, in more ways than one.
