Yes, we have a dedicated customer service team but we also make it a point to go to our customers every now and then. Thus, when our Taro dealer, Moktali Enterprises, organised a customers meet in Haveri, our Hubli branch team was there as well.

We got the opportunity to interact with 105 customers. Information about the company, product range, services, and technical information such as changes to the control panel were given to the customers.
