Customers Meet, Kalanjiam Trading Corporation, Trichy
Meeting customers face-to-face is one of the best ways to sustain a relationship! And we do this by meeting them all over the country.
Our Taro Pumps dealer, Kalanjiam Trading Corporation, organised a customers meet in Vanathirayanpattinam with the support of our Trichy Sales Office. Twenty-five customers participated in the meet and stayed for an hour. Customers meets such as these help us understand our customers at a very deep-rooted level.

We want our conversations to be meaningful, and relevant to all participants. This interaction session saw a wonderful exchange of information on the dealer, our presence on social media, 5 Ticks, and importance of accessories selection. The team also elaborated on our product range. Incidentally, we have a large collection of products such as monoblock pumps too. It was great to get positive feedback from our customers such as Sivakumar who was appreciative of the digital pump selection process.
