One of the ways in which we do this is by conducting regular customer meets, where we also talk about our high-performance electric pumps. Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Chaudhary Brothers Krishi Kendra, organised a delightful customer meet in Dala. Our Jabalpur Sales Office helped in this event which brought together twenty-five valuable customers.
During the meet that lasted an hour we achieved big goals! The customers were given useful information on pump maintenance, company history, the voltage bands under which Taro Pumps operate, and the range of products that work efficiently also because of effective pump impellers. We look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround, and 2-year warranty too.
