Job Description

  • Responsible for Hyderabad and its Territory.
  • Experience in Channel Sales.
  • Candidate with Territory knowledge of pump and agriculture Industry is preferable.
  • Achieving assigned sales target.
  • Achieving new product sales target as assigned.
  • Submitting objective based sales tour schedules (for approval) as per norms/tour reports, survey reports on time.
  • Appointing new dealers as per target/as assigned.
  • Liquidating ageing stock as assigned.
  • Visiting towns/villages to meet opinion leaders, mechanics and customers.
  • Closing objective based tour schedule for approval confirming to tour norms.
  • Submitting monthly demand forecasting for consolidation.
  • Resolving dealer grievances in time.
  • Achieving new dealer sales target as assigned.
  • Submitting field updates on water level and rainfall forecast.
  • Tracking dealer stock levels against stock norms.

Other Traits

  • Smart, analytical, excellent communication skill, good attitude and look ahead capability etc.
  • Resident of Hyderabad or willing to relocate is preferable.
